All About

|
 | | Greetings ! I'm Jan Lynn, a self taught Native American Wisconsin Artist from Hayward, Wisconsin...( aka 'Way Up North' ) All of my art seems to naturally reflect the beauty of nature. With Funding from The Ford Foundation ~ Endowment for the Arts, I have been able to protect the design and utility elements of my Copper Cattail Wind Chimes tm, with 3 types of patents, as well as improve my studio and conserve energy. I am very grateful to The Ford Motor Company for their appreciation and promotion and patenting of my Art. I use natural elements whenever possible, even in the cutting and creating each copper plate leaf of the wind chimes or working with a blow torch to give a natural burnished finish to them...So, each set IS... ONE OF A KIND . Some Call me a Metal Artist, I say ' I'm just a Broad with a Blow Torch' ! It's my way of keeping things in perspective. May your journey in life be tempered with random acts of Kindness.
