MIDWEST CRAFT FAIR CUSTOMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you are a satisfied Midwest Craft Fair customer, please tell a friend
about us. If you are not, tell us!
We will make it right!
Orders
Your order is placed directly with Midwest Craft Fair. We then
contact the artisan to ship to you. As you may order items from
different artisans, please be aware that shipping and handling
charges are added for each artisan. If you have ordered several
items, all from different artisans, expect a shipment for each item.
Payment
We accept Master Card, Visa, Paypal, checks (with a 10 day waiting period prior to
shipping), and Money Orders. Sorry, no C.O.D.
Sales Tax
We are a Minnesota company. If you live in Minnesota a sales tax of 6.5% will be added
to the purchase price at the time you checkout.
Shipping and Handling
Most artisans will ship within a week of receiving confirmation
of your payment. Note under Payment section that there will be
a 10-day waiting period for orders paid with a personal check.
We do not offer overnight delivery at this time.
Shipping is typically handled via UPS or US mail. Each item will
have an associated shipping and handling cost listed with it when
your order is placed. Based on the item, the artisan may require
insurance. This will be noted at the time you select the item for purchase.
At Midwest Craft Fair, our artisans do their best to anticipate
customer's needs. However, at times they may run out of stock on
an item. If an item cannot be shipped within a week of payment
verification, we will contact you. At that time you will be given
the option to hold or cancel your order.
Foreign orders
We do not ship outside of the 48-state continental United States
at this time.
Return policy
Midwest Craft Fair wants customers to be completely satisfied
with their purchase. We will refund the purchase price of any
product (not including the cost of shipping) returned within 14
days of the original shipping date.
If you need to return an item, contact Midwest Craft Fair to get
a return number and provide a reason for the return. This number
must be included with the return. Items returned without a return
number are subject to a 10% restock charge.
Item(s) must be returned in the original box and in the same
condition as you received it. We will then cheerfully refund
your money. If you require any further information about our
returns policy, do not hesitate to contact us.
If your product should arrive damaged or missing parts, please
e-mail Midwest Craft Fair and let us know if you would like a
refund or exchange.
